大学生自拍照编辑与躯体变形障碍的关系:链式中介效应
Relationship between selfie editing among college students and body dysmorphic disorder:A chain mediation effect

Abstract
Objective:This study aims to investigate the impact of selfie editing on body dysmorphic disorder(BDD)and the underlying psychological mechanisms among college students,grounded in cognitive-behavioral theory.Methods:A total of 460 college students aged 18～25 were surveyed using the Body Dysmorphic Disorder Self-Rat-ing Scale,the Selfie Editing Scale,the Physical Appearance Perfectionism Scale,and the Rumination Scale.Results:①Significant correlations were found between all variables(P＜0.001);②Regression analysis revealed that selfie edi-ting significantly predicted body dysmorphic disorder in college students,accounting for 41.48％of the total effect;Physical appearance perfectionism and rumination partially mediated the relationship between selfie editing and body dysmorphic disorder,contributing 29.27％and 15.14％of the total effect,respectively.Additionally,physical appear-ance perfectionism and rumination acted as a chain mediator,accounting for 14.12％of the total effect.Conclusion:Selfie editing can predict body dysmorphic disorder in college students through both direct and indirect pathways,with physical appearance perfectionism and rumination playing significant mediating roles.关键词
