社区嵌入式中医药老年健康服务模式的构建与运行机制
Construction and operation mechanism of community embedded elderly health service model of traditional Chinese medicine
摘要
Abstract
Elderly health Service of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)refers to providing comprehensive and personalized health services for the elderly through the prevention,health care,treatment and other means under the guidance of TCM theory.The paper established a two-dimensional theoretical framework of"embedded-performance"for community embedded elderly health service based on the theory of"preventing diseases before they occur"of TCM,embedding theory,and"structure-process-result"theory model,constructs a model of community embedded elderly health services of TCM.The service content mainly includes health education of TCM,health management of TCM,diagnosis and treatment of TCM,and rehabilitation nursing of TCM.The service mode is that medical and health institutions of TCM and communities have the qualifications and capabilities for health services of TCM through self construction or cooperation,and rely on the community to provide health services of TCM to elderly that living at home and in the community,and explore the trust mechanism,motivation mechanism,cooperation and win-win mechanism,risk prevention mechanism,evaluation feedback mechanism of the embedded elderly health service model of TCM in the community.Suggest embedding the concept,methods,and technologies of TCM into communities and extending them to families,providing comprehensive,full cycle,and personalized health services of TCM for the elderly,improving their quality of life,and helping to comprehensively promote the construction of a healthy China and implement the national strategy of actively responding to population aging.关键词
