基于跨理论模型结合遗忘曲线理论的健康教育对老年脑卒中患者自我管理的影响
Influence of health education on self-management of elderly stroke patients based on transtheoretical model combined with forgetting curve theory

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of health education program based on transtheoretical model combined with forgetting curve theory on self-management of elderly stroke patients,and to provide an important basis for improving the prognosis of patients.Methods A total of 106 elderly patients with cerebral apoplexy were divided into control group and observation group with 53 patients in each group according to random number table.The control group received routine health education,and the observation group received health education based on transtheoretical model combined with forgetting curve theory.After 6 months,the level of self-management behavior,health knowledge cognition and rehabilitation self-efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After 6 months of intervention,the self-management behavior score of the observation group is(190.82±9.88)points,was higher than that of the control group,(168.58±12.79)points.The stroke health knowledge score in the observation group is(56.33±3.71)points,was higher than that in the control group,(47.92±5.48)points.The stroke rehabilitation self-efficacy score of the observation group was 105(99,110)points,higher than that of the control group,94(85,105)points,there was statistical significance between the two groups(all P＜0.05).Conclusions Health education program based on transtheoretical model combined with forgetting curve theory can improve self-management behavior level,health knowledge cognition level and rehabilitation self-efficacy of elderly stroke patients.关键词
