技术交易网络嵌入提升企业全要素生产率了吗?
Does Embeddedness in Technology Trading Networks Enhance Firm Total Factor Productivity?The Mechanism of Innovation Empowerment and the Moderating Role of Digital Technology

Abstract
Technology trading networks serve as an important vehicle for pooling technological elements to develop new quality productivity,an important symbol of which is a significant increase in total factor productivity(TFP).Based on the data of A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets from 2007 to 2023,this study investigates the impacts and mechanisms of technology trading network embedding on enterprises' TFP.The research findings indicate a significant positive correlation between technology trading network embedding and enterprises' TFP.The embedding of technology trading networks enhances enterprises' TFP by optimizing the allocation of innovation factors,promoting the decentralization of R&D decision-making,and facilitating collaborative innovation.Among them,digital technology application can play a positive regulatory role.Compared with the impacts on cities with less knowledge accumulation,technology trading network embedding has a more pronounced effect on the TFP of enterprises in cities with greater knowledge accumulation and when enterprises engage in technology transactions with public research institutions rather than with other enterprises.The findings enrich the theoretical study of technology transaction network embedding and enterprise TFP(TFP),and also provide the decision-making reference for enterprises and local governments to promote TFP and the development of new quality productivity.关键词
