摘要

Abstract

Against the background of active aging,guaranteeing the right to education for the elderly has important and practical significance.It is not only the requirement of implementing national laws and regulations,but also conducive to promoting the personal development and social participation of the elderly,and more importantly,it helps to build a society of active aging.However,at present,the protection of the right to education for the elderly in China is facing many difficulties,such as imperfect legal system,insufficient administrative protection and lack of judicial relief,which hinder the realization of the right to education for the elderly.In order to effectively protect the educational rights of the elderly,it is urgent for China to improve legislation,strengthen government responsibility,perfect judicial relief,strengthen economic security and the construction of teaching staff from the aspects of creating a protection system for the educational rights of the elderly with"active aging"as the core,so as to create a good educational environment for the elderly.
