摘要

Abstract

In this study,the submerged arc welding process between 07MnNiMoDR steel plate and 10Ni3MoVD steel forgings for high strength steel spherical tank was studied.The content of the test includes the selection of welding material,the welding of test plate,and the mechanical properties test after different heat treatment and holding time.The results show that:the test plate is welded with EF1 welding wire and F9P6-EF1-F1 welding flux by setting the welding parameters,and after heat treatment of(575±15)℃,the holding time is 2h,4h,6h respectively,the mechanical properties of the welded joints meet the standard and design requirements.
