摘要

Abstract

With the improvement of bridge design level as well as the enhancement of processing equipment and construction equipment levels,China's bridge construction has achieved rapid development.Various bridges with unique designs and having a certain influence in the history of world bridge construction have emerged continuously.Welding operation is one of the important processes in manufacturing steel bridges and is crucial for ensuring the durability of steel bridges.This paper,combined with examples of steel bridge construction in recent years,briefly introduces the application status and achievements of the welding technologies for weathering bridge steel and high-performance bridge steel in China,as well as the application status of double-wire and multi-wire submerged arc high-efficiency welding technology,mechanical correction technology for welding deformation and automated welding technology in the manufacturing process of steel bridges,and also makes a prospect on the development prospects of steel bridge welding technology.
