An Exploration of High-quality Development Strategies for Higher Academic Continuing Education in the New Era
摘要
Abstract
As an important component of higher education,the high-quality development of higher academic continuing education is a key part of constructing high-quality education system.However,during its rapid development,it faces numerous challenges,including issues related to educational philosophy,teaching management,teaching workforce,course offerings and student quality.In formulating strategies for the high-quality development of higher academic continuing education,it is essential to adhere to the educational purpose,highlight institutional characteristics,and clarify the direction of progress;improve teaching management,strengthen supervision mechanisms,and build a high-quality service framework;enhance the quality of facul-ty,focus on professional capabilities,and cultivate a high-quality teaching workforce;optimize the curriculum,promote digital empowerment,and ensure the supply of high-quality resources and strengthen learning guidance,cultivate learning awareness,and create a high-quality learning atmosphere.关键词
