Abstract
Promoting the integration of community education into community resilience governance is not only an intrinsic requirement of the charac-teristics of modern risk society,but also an objective continuation of the value consideration of national security governance and an important driving force for community governance to"turn fragile to resilient".At present,the problems of integrating community education into community resilience governance in China include the coexistence of multiple rational dysfunctions and weakened credibility,the prominent suspension of post-disaster resilience education and the disembedding of community governance,as well as the obstruction of empathic culture and the alienation of resource integration.Therefore,based on the concept of resilience governance,this paper systematically constructs practical approaches from the triple logic of the mutual coupling between com-munity education and community resilience governance to actively respond to the public value appeal of the risk society,build a symbiotic aggregation re-pair system and innovate the communication mode of empathy culture.The aim is to provide reference ideas for promoting community education to overcome the problems of absence and dislocation in community risk governance and achieve integration into community resilience governance.关键词
