职业教育如何赋能基层社区教育?
How Can Vocational Education Empower Grassroots Community Education?

Abstract
This study focuses on the core problems of grassroots community education,such as cognitive bias,resource fragmentation and lack of pro-fessional capacity,and takes vocational education empowerment as the entry point to explore a systematic way to overcome the dilemma.Based on the field research and literature analysis of a typical case of X Street in Longquanyi District,Chengdu City,the study finds that community education is inefficient in resource integration and inadequate in sustainability due to the superficial connotation of education,narrowing of service goals and ambiguous positio-ning of functions and the deep-rooted contradiction stems from the structural shortcomings of a fragile security system for fee reduction,fragmentation of spatial facilities and lack of professional teachers.The study proposes a three-dimensional solution of"Theoretical Co-construction——Resource Integra-tion——Mechanism Innovation".Practice shows that vocational education can promote the transformation of community education from"low-level dupli-cation"to"high-quality development"through the reduction of specialized resources,the upgrading of technological means and the collaborative design of the system and promote the improvement of residents'employability and the modernization of grassroots governance.The findings of the study provide theoretical basis and practical paradigm for the construction of a lifelong education system and the realization of educational equity in the context of new ur-banization,and it is suggested that the long-term mechanism should be improved through the linkage of policies,the innovation of funding and the em-powerment of technology.关键词
