数字化转型背景下高等职业教育高质量发展的机遇、困境与破解路径
Opportunities,Dilemmas and Solution Paths for the High-quality Development of Higher Vocational Education under the Background of Digital Transformation
摘要
Abstract
Digital transformation is one of the significant trends in current social development,and higher vocational education is facing new opportu-nities and challenges.With digital transformation as the background,this paper analyzes the practical significance of high-quality development of higher vocational education and explores the innovation opportunities of teaching methods,enrichment of teaching content,optimization of education management and talent training brought by digital transformation to higher vocational education.At the same time,it points out the real difficulties,such as uneven re-source allocation,insufficient digital skills of teachers,mismatch between teaching content and professional needs and lagging education evaluation system.Therefore,to address these challenges,this study proposes solutions,such as strengthening the construction of digital infrastructure,improving teachers'digital literacy,optimizing teaching content and methods and innovating the educational evaluation system,aiming to provide a reference for the high-quality development of higher vocational education in the context of digital transformation.关键词
