摘要

Abstract

Innovative teachers are the core forces to promote educational innovation,and their professional development is crucial to the cultivation of innovative talents and the construction of an innovative country in China.From the perspective of organizational sociology,although innovative teachers in the context of the new era are responsible for the cultivation of talents,they are faced with the practical dilemmas of weakening professional autonomy,var-ying professional abilities and fading professionalism in their career development.The emergence of these dilemmas is closely related to the distortion of the school's organizational system,the imbalance of organizational resources and the dysfunction of organizational roles.In order to promote the professional development of innovative teachers and cultivate innovative talents,it is necessary to build a reasonable and perfect organizational system from the perspec-tive of school organization to guarantee the rights and interests of teachers'independent development,integrate and utilize efficient organizational resources to broaden the development space for teachers,clarify and strengthen the role of the organization and stimulate the professional enthusiasm and professional spirit of teachers.
