高职院校"双师型"教师内涵、特征与培养路径
Research on the Connotation,Characteristics and Cultivation Path of"Double-qualified"Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges
摘要
Abstract
"Double-qualified"teachers are the backbone forces to promote the high-quality development of vocational education and a core element of vocational education reform.With the rapid advancement of industrial structure transformation and upgrading trend of the"AI+",the connotation of"double-qualified"teachers is constantly evolving.Its core connotation encompasses three key elements:composite qualifications,integrated capabilities,and role integration.This paper analyzes the core characteristics of"double-qualified"teachers from five aspects:professional ability,teaching ability,industry experience,professional quality and digital literacy.In light of the existing problems in the construction of the"double-qualified"teacher team,it proposes several training paths,including building a diversified training system,improving the teacher evaluation and incentive mechanism and deepe-ning school-enterprise cooperation for collaborative education.关键词
