摘要

Abstract

The spirit of educators is a guiding force that propels teachers forward and a key factor in building high-quality teaching workforce.Integra-ting the spirit of educators into teacher education not only helps to strengthen the core group of educator-type teachers but also lays a solid foundation in achieving the goal of building a leading country in education.However,the current training of normal teachers faces multiple challenges,such as the flat-tening of professional identity,the utilitarian pursuit of careers and the superficial understanding of ideals and beliefs.To address these issues,the training process should emphasize practical teaching to enrich the cultivation of the spirit of educators,shift the focus of educational evaluation to enhance recogni-tion of the spirit and deepen the reform of teacher education curricula to strengthen the multidimensional development of the spirit of educators.By doing so,the educational mission of normal students can be elevated under the guidance of the spirit of educators,thereby improving the quality of normal students training.
