农村成人教育产教融合生态体系构建
Construction of An Ecological System for the Integration of Industry and Education in Rural Adult Education
摘要
Abstract
The integration of industry and education in rural adult education is a key lever to solve the structural contradiction between the supply side of talent cultivation and the demand side of industry in rural areas.Based on the theory of integrated development of education,technology and talents,this paper deeply analyzes the practical difficulties in the development process of the rural adult education industry education integration ecosystem and constructs a rural adult education industry education integration ecosystem with collaborative development of"education,technology and talent",multi-party linkage of"rural areas,enterprises and schools"and sharing and flow of"resources,technology and manpower".It also proposes implementation paths from the aspects of integration mechanism,institutional guarantee and quality control system,and contributes adult education strength to the com-prehensive revitalization of rural areas and the strategy of building a leading country in education.关键词
