Construction of Adult Online Learning Support Service System in Fragmented Learning Environment
摘要
Abstract
With the development of information technology and the popularization of lifelong learning concepts,adult online learning has become an important form of education.However,the problems caused by fragmented learning environments,such as increased cognitive load and insufficient learn-ing continuity,urgently need to be solved.This study is based on the Cognitive Load Theory,analyzing the core characteristics of adult online learning and the challenges of cognitive load in fragmented environments.It proposes a framework for adult online learning support services that covers cognitive resource optimization,dynamic regulation and metacognitive cultivation.This system achieves personalized adaptation of learning resources,precise regulation of cognitive load and continuous stimulation of learning motivation through modular architecture and dynamic implementation path.The research provides the-oretical support and practical path for solving the dilemma of fragmented learning and has certain reference value for promoting the high-quality develop-ment of adult online education and improving the lifelong learning system.关键词
