职业院校教学质量保障体系的探索与构建
Exploration and Construction of the Teaching Quality Assurance System in Vocational Colleges

Abstract
Confronted with the emerging demands of new quality productive forces for technical-skilled talents,traditional vocational education quali-ty assurance systems reveal significant limitations including rigid objectives,fragmented resources and lagging evaluations.From the perspective of cultiva-ting new quality technical talents,this paper proposes a dynamic adaptation model of"demand transmission—capability reconstruction—quality evolu-tion",constructing a novel teaching quality assurance system through three dimensions:design quality,process quality and outcome quality.Design quali-ty emphasizes precise alignment between specialty setup and industrial needs,process quality focuses on dynamic optimization of resource integration and teaching implementation and outcome quality relies on multidimensional evaluation and data-driven continuous improvement.Through industry-academia collaboration,digital-intelligent empowerment and closed-loop management,this system promotes the transformation of vocational education from"skill duplication"to"capability growth",providing talent support for the development of new quality productive forces.The research offers theoretical refer-ences and practical pathways for systematic reform in vocational institutions,holding significant implications for deepening industry-education integration and serving high-quality economic development.关键词
