基于灰色关联度法和DTOPSIS法的豫南地区紫云英种质资源综合评价与筛选
Comprehensive Evaluation and Screening of Germplasm Resources of Chinese Milk Vetch in Southern Henan Based on Grey Correlation Degree and DTOPSIS Methods

Abstract
In order to screen out new Chinese milk vetch varieties suitable for southern Henan Province and provide the basis for the promotion of the varieties,the study used grey correlation degree method and DTOPSIS method to evaluate the ten main traits of 11 Chinese milk vetch varieties.The results showed that the top five Chinese milk vetch varieties ranked by grey correlation degree method were Xinzi 3,Xinzi 2,Ningbodaqiao,Minzi 8 and Xiangzi 4,and the top five varieties ranked by the DTOPSIS method were Xinzi 3,Xinzi 2,Minzi 8,Ningbodaqiao and Xiangzi 4.The top five varieties ranked by the seed yield were Xinzi 3,Xinzi 2,Yijiangzi,Xinzi 1 and Minzi 8.According to the three decision methods,the ranking of Xinzi 3,Xinzi 2 and Guizaozi 1 was the same,while the other varieties had different comprehensive evaluation ranking.For the the seed yield of the varieties,the rank correlation coefficients of grey correlation degree analysis and DTOPSIS method were 0.691 and 0.764,respectively,indicating that the two comprehensive analysis methods could truly reflect the advantages and disadvantages of the Chinese milk vetch varieties.The maximum difference rate of Ci of DTOPSIS method was 81.59%,and the discrimination degree was 0.6890,which was superior to the grey correlation degree method.Based on the agronomic characters and yield characters of each variety,the suitable high-yield varieties in southern Henan from the preliminary screening were Xinzi 3,Xinzi 2 and Yijiangzi.关键词
