妊娠合并梅毒患者血清Tim-3、FOXP3水平及其与妊娠结局的关系
Serum levels of Tim-3 and FOXP3 in pregnant women with syphilis and their relationship with pregnancy outcomes

Abstract
Objective To analyze the serum levels of T lymphocyte immunoglobulin and mucin domain containing(Tim)3 and forkhead transcription factor(FOX)P3 in pregnant women with syphilis and their re-lationship with pregnancy outcomes.Methods A total of 120 pregnant women with syphilis admitted to Longchang People's Hospital from November 2021 to November 2023 were selected as the syphilis group,and 120 healthy pregnant women who underwent prenatal examination in the Longchang People's Hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.According to the occurrence of adverse pregnancy out-comes in pregnant women with syphilis,the patients were divided into the occurrence group and non-occur-rence group.The serum levels of Tim-3 and FOXP3 were detected in all participants.Receiver operator charac-teristic(ROC)curve was drawn to analyze the predictive value of serum Tim-3 and FOXP3 for adverse preg-nancy outcomes in pregnant women with syphilis.Multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the in-fluencing factors of adverse pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women with syphilis.Results The serum level of Tim-3 in the syphilis group was higher than that in the control group,and the serum level of FOXP3 was low-er than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the syphilis group had significantly higher proportions of preterm birth and neonatal as-phyxia and a significantly higher total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).The serum level of Tim-3 in the occurrence group was higher than that in the non-occurrence group,and the serum level of FOXP3 was lower than that in the non-occurrence group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve(AUC)of the two indicators combined to predict adverse pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women with syphi-lis was 0.920,which was greater than the AUC of serum Tim-3 and FOXP3 alone(Z=2.207,2.639;both P<0.05).The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the increase of serum Tim-3 level was a risk factor for adverse pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women with syphilis(P<0.05),and the increase of serum FOXP3 level was a protective factor for adverse pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women with syphilis(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of Tim-3 and FOXP3 in pregnant women with syphi-lis are associated with adverse pregnancy outcomes.The patients with increased serum levels of Tim-3 and de-creased serum levels of FOXP3 have a higher risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes.关键词
