Construction and Practice of the "Six-in-one" Model for Internal Quality Control of Teacher Development in Normal Majors of Application-Oriented Undergraduate Universities

Abstract
The rapid integration of AI technologies into the education ecosystem,coupled with the in-creasing emphasis on professional certification for teacher education programs,has placed application-o-riented undergraduate universities in a dilemma:the"quantity-quality imbalance"in teacher develop-ment,exacerbated by three critical gaps in traditional mechanisms.This paper constructs a"six-in-one"model for the internal quality control of teacherdevelopment.Through the theoretical construction of the standard system(three-dimensional mapping of national standards and school-based standards,the baseline of teacher education certification),the monitoring framework(process monitoring,random in-spection,organizational evaluation),and the feedback mechanism(four-dimensional channels,cross-validation),a coordinated implementation path is formed at the institutional level(dual-track assess-ment),the operational level("six ones"activities,five-dimensional assessment),and the cultural lev-el(teaching academic culture,professional community).Practices show that this model effectively solves the contradictions between the unity of national standards and the particularity of school-based standards,as well as between the rigidity of administrative regulations and the flexibility of professional autonomy.It significantly improves teachers' teaching quality and the achievement of teacher education certification in-dicators,and realizes the paradigm transformation from compliance control to development empowerment,providing a theoretical and practical solution for the teacher development of applied undergraduate univer-sities.关键词
