应用型本科高校教学质量内控的"三一致"策略解析
Analysis of the 'Three Alignments' Strategy for Teaching Quality Internal Control in Application-Oriented Undergraduate Universities

Abstract
As quality-oriented policies in higher education continue to deepen,teaching quality has e-merged as a pivotal issue for the connotative development of application-oriented undergraduate universi-ties.This paper examines the internal consistency strategies of"teaching-evaluation alignment,""teaching-resource alignment,"and"teaching-research alignment,"which collectively form the sys-tematic logic underlying course design,resource allocation,and teaching improvement.Through a review of their theoretical underpinnings and practical contexts,this study analyzes the construction of their con-notations,requirements,and implementation pathways.It aims to explore a student-centered,compe-tence-focused model of teaching quality governance.The findings indicate that the"three consistencies"strategy not only optimizes the teaching structure and strengthens the functional coupling between re-sources and targets but also constructs a reflective research ecology centered on teachers.This strategy provides significant practical insights for enhancing the teaching quality assurance mechanisms in applica-tion-oriented universities.关键词
