子宫内膜癌分子分型与临床病理特征的相关性研究
Correlation study of endometrial carcinoma molecular subtyping with clinical and pathological features

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between molecular subtypes and clinicopathological features in patients with endometrial carcinoma.Methods A total of 328 patients with endometrial carcinoma treated at Gansu Province Maternity and Child Health Hospital from December 2022 to January 2024 were en-rolled.Molecular analyses were performed using Sanger sequencing,microsatellite instability-polymerase chain reaction technology,and immunohistochemistry to detect DNA polymerase epsilon catalytic subunit(POLE)gene mutations,microsatellite instability status,and P53 protein expression.Results The POLE mutation type accounted for 4.3％,all of which were endometrioid carcinoma in the pathological type,with no lymph node metastasis and no extensive lymphovascular space invasion.The mismatch repair deficiency type accounted for 23.2％,including 51 cases(68.0％)of grade 1 endometrioid carcinoma.The P53 abnormal type accounted for 6.1％,with serous carcinoma accounting for 50.0％,and all cases had myometrial invasion.The non-specific molecular feature type accounted for 66.5％.Bimolecular features were observed in 3 patients,including 1 case of POLE mutation combined with P53 abnormality and 2 cases of P53 abnormality combined with high microsatellite instability.Significant differences were found among the four molecular subtypes in invasive type,pathological type and positive lymph node metastasis status(P<0.05).Conclusion Molecu-lar classification in endometrial carcinoma showed obvious differences in clinical pathological features, which is of great value for guiding personalized treatment and prognostic evaluation of patients.关键词
