诱导多能干细胞治疗视网膜退行性疾病的研究进展及热点分析
Application progress and research hotspots of induced pluripotent stem cells in the treatment of retinal degenerative diseases
摘要
Abstract
Objective To systematically sort out and analyze the research progress and hotspots of animal experiments on induced pluripotent stem cell transplantation for the treatment of retinal degenerative diseases,and performs visual analysis to provide references for the design of future animal experiments in this field.Method Literature retrieval was conducted in PubMed,Embase,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Database,China Science and Technology Journal Database,and China Biology Medicine Data-base.The retrieved literature was then subjected to screening,data extraction,and inductive summariza-tion.Result A total of 40 studies were included,and the disease types,animal models,sources and morphol-ogies of cells,time points for measuring outcome indicators and their measurement methods in the animal ex-perimental studies were summarized.Conclusion The effectiveness and safety of induced pluripotent stem cells transplantation in the treatment of retinal degenerative diseases in animal experiments have been verified.However,existing studies have differences in the selection of animal models,the types of transplanted cells,and the measurement of outcome indicators,which affect the comparability between different studies and the reproducibility of the research.In the future,the experimental methods of animal experimental studies in this field should be standardized,the durability and safety of the treatment effect should be further evaluated,and the clinical transformation of animal experimental studies in this field should be promoted.关键词
