常用住院儿童营养风险筛查工具应用
Application of commonly used nutritional risk screening tools in hospitalized children
摘要
Abstract
Research indicates that the nutritional status and risk of malnutrition in hospitalized children are closely related to the duration of hospitalization,medical cost and clinical prognosis.It is imperative to assess and intervene in the nutritional risk of at-risk children.Clinical tools employed for screening nutritional risks in hospitalized pediatric patients include the Subjective Global Nutritional Assessment,Screening Tool for the Assessment of Malnutrition in Pediatrics,Screening Tool for Risk of Nutrition Status and Growth,Pediatric Digital Scaled Malnutrition Risk Screening Tool,and the Pediatric Nutritional Screening Score,among others.These screening tools have their own characteris-tics in terms of comprehensiveness,ease of operation,and applicable population;however,there is currently a lack of a uniform and widely applicable nutritional screen-ing tool at in China and abroad.This paper provided a systematic review of the clinical applications of com-monly used nutritional risk assessment methods for children,and compare the clinical applicability and limita-tions of each tool in depth,so as to provide references for clinical healthcare professionals in selecting suitable nutritional risk screening tools.关键词
