MSC-EV促进肝再生的机制及工程化增效策略研究进展
Frontiers in mechanisms of MSC-EV-promoted liver regenera-tion and engineered therapeutic enhancement strategies
摘要
Abstract
Mesenchymal stem cell(MSC)-derived extracellular vesicles(EV)are gaining prominence in liver regeneration medicine due to their natural nanocarrier properties and cell-free therapeutic potentials.These vesicles deliver bioactive molecules such as miRNA,circRNA,lipids,proteins,cytokines and growth factors,modulating hepatocyte proliferation,apoptosis and immune homeostasis.However,clinical translation is hin-dered by low targeting efficiency and cargo heterogeneity.Recent advances in bioengineering strategies to modify MSC-EV or parent cells show promise for enhancing regenerative efficacy.This review systematically summarized the mechanism of MSC-EV promoting liver regeneration and the frontier progress in engineering synergistic strategies,aiming to provide a theoretical basis and a new perspective for cell-free therapy to ulit-mately promote liver regeneration.关键词
