胶质细胞在视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病神经痛中的研究进展
Progress in research on the role and mechanism of central glial cells in neuropathic pain in optic neuromyelitis spectrum diseases
摘要
Abstract
Neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder(NMOSD)is an autoimmune disease characterized by the demyelination of the optic nerve and spinal cord.About 80%of patients are accompanied by refractory neuro-pathic pain,which seriously affects their quality of life.Central glial cells(astrocytes,microglia,etc.)activate the JAK-STAT signaling pathway by releasing pro-inflammatory factors such as interleukin-6 and tumor ne-crosis factor α,which play an important role in the progression of NMOSD pain.In this paper,the molecular mechanism of glia-mediated NMOSD and pain comorbidities was systematically reviewed,and its dynamic regulatory network analyzed,providing a theoretical basis for the development of specific analgesic therapy targeting glia cells.关键词
