太白七药珠子参的生态适宜性区划研究
Ecological Suitability Study on Panax japonicus of Taibaiqi Medicine

Abstract
The suitable range for distribution of Panax japonicus were explored to provide the scientific basis for protection of germplasm resources,introduction and cultivation,site selection of Sapindus.According to the data of Panax japonicus geographical distribution points and 36 environmental variables,the potential suit-able growth area of Panax japonicus was predicted using the Maxent model optimized by the R program pack-age Kuenm,and the key environmental factors affecting the distribution were analyzed.The prediction results showed that the total suitable area of Panax japonicus in China has reached 22 264 649.43 km2,the highly suitable areas is mainly distributed in Sichuan Province,Yunnan Province,Tibet Autonomous Region,Shaanxi Province,Guizhou Province and Gansu Province,accounting for 94.91%of the total area of high suitability areas.The temperature annual range(contribution rate 56.7%),elevation(15.5%),average an-nual precipitation(10.4%)and Mean temperature of coldest quarter(4.8%)are main environmental factors that affect the distribution of Panax japonicus.The results of the predictive analysis of the model are consistent with the actual investigation,can provide reference for the formulation of resource protection strategies and ar-tificial cultivation and tending of Panax japonicus.关键词
