不同家用贮存条件对鲜食葡萄品质的影响分析
Analysis of the Influence of Different Household Storage Conditions on the Quality of Fresh Grapes

Abstract
Post harvest storage conditions are closely related to fruit quality.This study focuses on the fresh grape variety(Zhuosexiang)and uses fresh grapes harvested from production bases as controls to investigate the effects of room temperature storage for 3 days,4℃refrigerated storage for 3 days,and 4℃refrigerated storage for 7 days on grape quality.The results showed that refrigeration at 4℃for 3 days was more conducive to maintaining grape storage quality(hardness,pectin,soluble solids),flavor quality(soluble sugars),and nutritional quality(vitamin C);The soluble protein content was significantly lower than the control under any storage conditions,and reached its lowest level after 7 days of refrigeration storage;The titratable acid content is not affected by storage conditions.The research results have identified that the optimal household storage method for maintaining quality of grapes is refrigeration at 4℃for less than 3 days,providing some reference for consumers'daily grape storage.关键词
