西番莲果皮多糖对猪高密度饲养生活环境和血清生化指标的影响
Effects of Passiflora edulis pericarp polysaccharides on living environment and serum biochemical indices of pigs under high stocking density

Abstract
This study investigated the effects of Passiflora edulis pericarp polysaccharides(PEPP)on temperature-arranged into five replicates with nine pigs per replicate.The ND group and HD group were fed with the basal diet,while HD-APS group added 20 mg/kg Astragalus polysaccharides(APS)to the basal diet.The HD-PEPP-L,HD-PEPP-M,and HD-PEPP-H groups were respectively supplemented with 10,20,and 40 mg/kg of PEPP in the basal diet.The test period is 28 days.The results showed that compared with ND group,the THI of the pig herd in HD group was extremely increased(P<0.01),the air circulation velocity in the pigsty was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the air quality was significantly reduced.The activity of aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and the content of triglycerides(TG)in the serum of replacement sows increased significantly(P<0.05),the activities of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and amylase(AMY)increased extremely(P<0.01),and the content of blood urea nitrogen(BUN)decreased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with HD group,there were no significant differences in the THI of pig herds and the air circulation velocity and air quality indicators of pig houses in each administration group(P>0.05).Compared with HD group,the activities of serum ALT and AST and the content of TG in replacement sows in HD-PEPP-M group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the activity of AMY was extremely decreased(P<0.01),and the content of BUN and the ratio of urea to creatinine(BUN/CREA)were significantly increased(P<0.05).The activities of serum ALT and AMY in replacement sows in HD-PEPP-H group were extremely decreased(P<0.01),the activity of AST and the content of TG were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the content of BUN was significantly increased(P<0.05).Studies have shown that PEPP has demonstrated a good improvement effect on the liver,kidney and pancreatic functions of replacement sows under HSD conditions.The experimental results can provide a reference for the new drug development of PEPP.关键词
