菊粉对OTA诱导雏鸡肠道损伤的缓解作用研究
Study on the alleviating effect of inulin on intestinal injury in chicks induced by OTA

Abstract
The experiment aims to clarify the alleviating effect of inulin on ochratoxin A(OTA)-induced intestinal injury in chicks.Twenty-four 8-day-old chicks were randomly divided into four groups,with six chickens in each group.The chicks in the blank control group were given 0.5 mL of normal saline by gavage every day.The inulin control group,the OTA challenge group and the inulin prevention group were respectively administered by gavage of 0.3 mL of 0.8 g/mL inulin solution+0.2 mL of normal saline,0.2 mL of 0.3 mg/kg OTA solution+0.3 mL of normal saline and 0.3 mL of 0.8 g/mL inulin solution+0.3 mg/kg 0.2 mL of OTA solutionevery day.The pre-test period was 7 days and the formal test period was 14 days.The results showed that compared with the OTA challenge group,the jejunal villus height of chicks in the inulin prevention group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),the crypt depth was extremely decreased(P<0.01),and the ratio of villus height to crypt depth was extremely increased(P<0.01).Compared with the OTA challenge group,the gene transcription levels of jejunal Zonula Occludens-1(ZO-1),Claudin-1(CLDN1),and Occludin(OCLN)in the inulin prevention group were all extremely increased(P<0.01).Compared with the OTA challenge group,the activity of catalase(CAT)in the jejunal mucosa of chicks in the inulin prevention group increased significantly(P<0.05),and the activity of tissue polyphenol oxidase(PPO)increased extremely(P<0.01).Compared with the OTA challenge group,the transcription level of jejunal tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)gene in the inulin prevention group was slightly decreased(P>0.05),and the transcription levels of interleukin-18(IL-18)and interleukin-6(IL-6)genes were extremely decreased(P<0.01).Studies have shown that inulin can down-regulate the transcriptional levels of inflammation-related factors,increase the activity of antioxidant enzymes,and reduce the activity of REDOX enzymes and the content of oxidation products.关键词
