犬趋上皮型T细胞淋巴瘤的诊断与分析
Diagnosis and analysis of canine epithelial T-cell lymphoma
摘要
Abstract
Canine epitheliotropic T-cell lymphoma is a common and fatal cutaneous tumor with clinical manifestations similar to non-epitheliotropic lymphomas,requiring differential diagnosis during clinical examination.A British Bulldog presented with multiple pink skin masses.Cytological examination revealed predominant large and small lymphocytes in the masses.Histopathology was consistent with epitheliotropic lymphoma,while immunohistochemistry and molecular biology tests indicated T-cell monoclonal proliferation.Combined with imaging findings,the case was definitively diagnosed as canine epitheliotropic T-cell lymphoma.The dog developed severe anemia after four lomustine chemotherapy sessions and ultimately died.The article details the diagnostic and therapeutic process of this case to provide clinical insights for managing related diseases.关键词
