多纤维数字化单眼精梳机的研究与实践
Research and practice of multi-fiber digital single head comber

Abstract
In order to meet the requirements of small batch,multiple varieties and differentiation in spinning production,based on the performance characteristics of cotton fiber,cotton type synthetic fiber and hemp fiber,the innovative designs were made for the detaching roller drive mechanism,nipping feeding mechanism and draft mechanism of the cotton spinning comber.Two kinds of combing modes were formed,the mode 1 could be used to process medium cotton and cotton hemp blended fiber,the mode 2 could be used to process long staple cotton and cotton type synthetic fiber.Based on programmable logic controller(PLC)and servo motor drive technology,a detaching roller servo drive system and precise positioning control mechanism were developed.The ZGFA600 multi fiber single head comber with production speed of 500 nips/min was also researched and developed.The digitalization of the whole machine's draft multiple adjustment was achieved,including the adjustment of draft multiple from the lap roller to the feeding roller,from detaching roller to the output roller,and the rear draft roller to the carriage drag roll.The human-machine interface can be used to set or adjust the fiber web splicing scale and select the motion law of the detaching roller.A spinning experiment was conducted on the developed multi fiber digital single head comber,and the yarn quality was compared with the traditional 8 heads comber.The results showed that the multi fiber digital single head comber had no significant differences in yarn IPI value,evenness CV,strength and yarn hairiness compared to the traditional 8 heads comber.关键词
