Abstract
Since 2025,the domestic wheat market was generally stable with slight fluctuations,wheat prices were generally operating around the lowest purchase price level,the demand for flour was weak,the advantages of feeding alternatives had increased,the market speculation on new grain production,and the game mentality of both buyers and sellers was obvious.In May,the summer grains were harvested and marketed one after another,the new wheat purchase prices were stable,the yield situation was improved,the quality was better than in 2024,causing wheat prices to roll back to the lowest purchase price level in some regions.With the smooth and orderly implementation of wheat procurement work,driven by policy support and increased feed demand,etc.,multiple market players will actively enter the market and wheat prices will rise steadily.It is predicted that the wheat market purchasing and selling will be basically stable in the later stage of 2025,supported by policies and inhibited by weak demand,the prices will fluctuate narrowly around the minimum acquisition price level.关键词
