聚多巴胺纳米颗粒对6-OHDA诱导的帕金森病小鼠运动行为影响
Effect of polydopamine nanoparticles on the motor behavior of mice with Parkinson's disease induced by 6-hydroxydopamine

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of polydopamine nanoparticles(PDA NPs)on the motor behavior of mice with Parkinson's disease(PD)induced by 6-hydroxydopamine(6-OHDA).Methods Male C57BL/6 mice,aged 8 weeks,were selected as experimental animals and were divided into Control group,PDA NPs treatment group(PDA group),model group(6-OHDA group),and combined treatment group(6-OHDA+PDA group).The stereotactic injection technique was used to inject 2 μL of working solution into the corpus striatum.After two weeks,the open field test,the rotarod test,and the pole test were used to assess the motor behavior of mice.Results Compared with the Control group,the 6-OHDA group had a significant re-duction in total distance in the open field test(F=14.180,q=8.855,P<0.001),significant increases in the time to turn around and the time from the top to the bottom of the pole in the pole test(F=22.090,6.912,q=10.960,5.865,P<0.01),and a signifi-cant reduction in the latency on the rotarod in the rotarod test(F=8.635,q=6.628,P<0.001).Compared with the 6-OHDA group,the 6-OHDA+PDA group had a significant increase in total distance in the open field test(q=5.821,P<0.05),significant reductions in the time to turn around and the time from the top to the bottom of the pole in the pole test(q=7.232,4.192,P<0.05),and a significant increase in the latency on the rotarod in the rotarod test(q=4.764,P<0.05).Conclusion PDA NPs treatment can alleviate 6-OHDA-induced motor behavioral damage in mice and improve spontaneous movement and coordination disorders in mice.关键词
