摘要

Abstract

Currently,roadway support primarily relies on bolt-mesh systems,with metal mesh being a commonly used type.However,prolonged use of metal mesh in humid or corrosive environments leads to rusting,which can cause deformation of the surrounding rock in underground mine roadways and compromise support stability.This paper proposes a novel support scheme based on an FRP(Fiber Reinforced Polymer)lattice grid for underground mine roadways,detailing its structural design and construction methods.The FRP lattice grid is made of high-strength fiber-reinforced composite materials and is secured to the surface of the roadway's surrounding rock through central bolts,shoulder bolts,and dowel structures.This creates a lightweight,corrosion-resistant mesh structure with high strength.The construction process includes bolt installation,dowel connections,and tensioning adjustments to ensure tight adhesion of the FRP lattice grid to the surrounding rock and overall structural stability.The modular FRP lattice grid support technology demonstrates excellent deformation control and mechanical performance,significantly enhancing the safety and stability of mine roadways,thus providing an efficient and durable solution for underground mining roadway support.
