摘要

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to develop an online microwave detection system for the amount of glycerol triacetate applied in ZL29 filter rod forming machine.In response to the quality problems of batch filter rods such as ultra-hard rods,hot collapse rods,dry rods,and dissolved pores caused by substandard glycerol triacetate application amount,in-depth research on the online detection method of glycerol application amount was carried out based on the principle of microwave,including:Overall scheme design,testing equipment development,testing algorithm research,rapid calibration and calibration method research,etc.,so as to realize real-time monitoring,display and over-threshold alarm of the applied amount of triacetate,and realize tow lap joints,flying wadding drops,etc.Detection and elimination functions.After accuracy evaluation,there was no significant difference between the microwave method and gas chromatography method.This system helps reduce batch product quality risks and has certain significance in improving the process quality level of filter rod production process.
