铜基金刚石散热材料的粉末冶金制备及组织性能分析

Abstract
Copper-based diamond heat dissipation materials were prepared by powder metallurgy,and the microstructure and properties of the samples prepared under different process conditions were investigated.Among them,the density and thermal conductivity were measured using special instruments,and the tissue appearance was observed using a scanning electron microscope.The experimental results show that in the preparation of copper-based diamond composite heat sink materials by powder metallurgy sintering process,factors such as sintering temperature,sintering pressure,oxygen content of copper powder,adding ratio of tin in copper powder and volume concentration of diamond will all affect the density,thermal conductivity and microstructure appearance of the sintered sample.Reasonable setting of process parameters can help improve the microstructure and properties of the composite heat sink material.关键词
