基于瞬态能量传递及时变电能累积的桥式起重机能耗仿真

Abstract
Given the difficulty in accurately quantifying the service energy consumption of cranes under a mechanical-electrical coupling state,a research on evaluation of the service energy consumption of cranes was conducted based on transient energy transfer and time-varying energy accumulation.By establishing dynamic models of the transmission system under various motion characteristics,dynamic behaviors of cranes under the coupling of mechanical and structural motion were discussed.Building on the dynamic analysis of mechanical transmission,a nonlinear differential expression oriented toward the energy consumption of the crane's driving motor was developed to accurately represent the transient voltage-current relationship.Both theoretical and experimental physical models of a double-beam bridge crane were constructed.The theoretical model was validated and analyzed in both simulation and laboratory environments,with the error in transient energy consumption consistently maintained within 5%.Through this research,the energy feedback mechanism of the crane during transient switching between multiple motion modes in time-varying service conditions is precisely revealed.This research provides a robust solution for predicting crane energy consumption and conducting green evaluations,holding significant theoretical and engineering value.关键词
