化肥有机替代对热区生菜园土壤养分酶活性及经济效益的影响
Response of Organic Fertilizer Substitutions for Some Chemical Fertilizers to Soil Nutrients,Enzyme Activities,and Economic Benefits in the Sanya Lettuce Garden

Abstract
Lettuce is one of the main vegetables produced in Sanya,Hainan Province,during the winter.However,there are problems such as a low fertilizer utilization rate and severe soil acidification and compaction in the production process.In-creasing organic fertilizer is one of the most effective measures for reducing chemical fertilizer use and improving efficiency.Determining the appropriate chemical fertilizer replacement rate is one of the primary challenges in applying organic fertilizer.This study explored the effects of different substitution ratios on lettuce yield,soil nutrients,soil enzyme activities,and the economic benefits of lettuce through field experiments.Three treatments were applied:conventional fertilization,organic fer-tilizer replacing 20% of the chemical fertilizer(T1),and organic fertilizer replacing 40%of the chemical fertilizer(T2).The main results were as follows:The treatments in which organic fertilizer replaced chemical fertilizer significantly increased the soil pH,organic matter content,available potassium content,and phosphatase activity.Compared with conventional fertiliza-tion,replacing 20% of chemical fertilizer with organic fertilizer reduced the amount of chemical fertilizer used but increased the lettuce yield by 10.09%,which significantly improved the economic benefits and was more conducive to enhancing soil productivity.It is recommended that 20% of chemical fertilizer be replaced with organic fertilizer in hot-region lettuce pro-duction.关键词
