Abstract
In view of the problem that the stress environment of the rib trimming coal bodies is complex and prone to occur coal explosion under the condition of re-opening cuts across faults,this paper explains the occurrence mechanism of coal explosion and its influencing factors,analyzes the causes of the"three elements"of coal explosion generated in the process of open-off cutting and rib trimming,and on this basis,puts forward the prevention and control measures of reducing the static load stress concentration,avoiding the dynamic load stress superposition,weakening the dynamic load stress release,and damaging the carrier stress concentration.Combined with the similar engineering conditions of the 6301 working face of Yangcheng Branch Company,design of the large-diameter borehole pressure relief technology is conducted for the rib trimming coal bodies.The on-site test results show that after constructing large-diameter borehole pressure relief,the maximum value and the maximum average value of the total amount of drilling cuttings in detection holes of the rib trimming coal bodies decrease by 19.3％and 18.2％,respectively.During the entire process of open-off cutting and guiding tunnel excavation and coal bodies rib trimming,no obvious dynamic phenomena are generated,reducing the risk of coal explosion.关键词
