Abstract

In view of the problem of severe mine pressure behavior and large deformation degree of surrounding rock during the retaining roadway along goaf process construction of the N1302 working face tape groove in Gucheng Mine,a roof cutting and pressure relief retaining roadway along goaf stoping process is proposed.The way of numerical simulation is used to analyze and simulate the key parameters of roof cutting and pressure relief.By comparing the impacts of different parameters on the support resistance of the filling body and the deformation degree of the surrounding rock,the reasonable roof cutting parameters are determined as a roof cutting height of 20.5 m,a roof cutting angle of 5°,and a filling body retaining width of 1.5 m.The on-site monitoring data show that after the construction of the roof cutting and pressure relief process,the average displacement amount of the roadway roof and floor is 423 mm,and the average displacement amount of the roadway two sides is 168 mm,compared with the deformation amount of the roadway surrounding rock before the roof cutting and pressure relief construction,the displacement amount of the roof and floor is reduced by about 56%,and the displacement amount of the two sides is reduced by about 72%.The stability of the surrounding rock is significantly improved.
