Abstract
In response to the problem of large open-off cut width of the 13518 working face in Xieqiao Mine,the use of traditional open-off cut brush expansion support is difficult,time-consuming,and affects normal production continuity,methods of theoretical analysis,numerical calculation,and on-site investigation and research are adopted,a new type of integrated technology and process for expansion and installation are studied,and the support parameters of the 13518 open-off cut pilot tunnel anchor cable network are optimized.A support scheme of hydraulic support is proposed to replace the monomer canopy and achieve on-site direction adjustment and installation of the bracket;A sliding type moving frame positioning platform is developed,a brush expansion and equipment installation connection scheme with the open-off cut first expanding and then installing is formulated,the"2+7"open-off cut expansion and installation collaborative bracket installation process is implemented,the difficult problem of rapid installation of hydraulic supports is solved,and significant technical and economic benefits are achieved.关键词
