Abstract
In view of the problems of severe mine pressure behavior,difficult maintenance,severe damage to small coal pillars along goaf and others during the stoping process of the 32upper03 working face in Shanxi Baoly Yufeng Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,based on the principle of hydraulic fracturing directional roof cutting,it is proposed to use ultra-high pressure hydraulic cutting and fracturing integration technology for roof cutting and pressure relief.By using ultra-high pressure water jet to cut the roof rock in the borehole to a certain length of about 2 m deep guided cutting groove according to the preset roof cutting surface direction.Then,a segmented fracturing method is adopted along the direction of the guided cutting groove for fracturing,let the roof to be fractured in the preset direction and the transmission of mining pressure to be blocked.The experimental design includes three sets of borehole spacing of 2 m,3 m,and 4 m,and combined with different borehole depths for testing.The results show that when the drilling spacing is set to 3 m and the depth is 20 m,the roof cutting and pressure relief effect is the best.The maximum horizontal principal stress decreases to 6 MPa,a decrease of 37.5%compared to the original horizontal principal stress;The vertical principal stress decreases to 1.02 MPa,a decrease of 75.8%compared to the original vertical principal stress.关键词
