Abstract
The construction of the vertical shaft wellbore of Youfanghao Coal Mine adopts the full depth frozen well-digging method.After the frozen operation is completed,an"arc-shaped structure"is formed in the area between the frozen pipe and the frozen hole,creating a aquifer connection channel between the inoue and downhole.This forms a direct water source at the wellbore,causing the waterproof layer on the outer side of the wellbore to fail,resulting in wellbore damage and wellbore water gushing problems.To solve this problem,based on the analysis of the failure mechanism of frozen holes in vertical shaft wellbores,perforation grouting process technology is proposed.In depth research is conducted on perforation mechanism,perforation layer position determination,grouting construction requirements,etc.,to determine the optimal construction scheme.The experimental verification shows that the vertical shaft frozen pipe perforation grouting process can effectively seal the"arc-shaped structure"between the frozen pipe and the frozen hole,reliably separate the aquifers in different areas,avoid wellbore damage caused by water pressure concentrated,and improve the safety of wellbore construction;The use of simultaneous grouting technology with hole position multiple holes in the same layer shortens the construction period by 16 days.关键词
