Abstract
To solve the problem of coal pillar size optimization and asymmetric support in large cross-section roadway excavation along goaf,based on the roadway excavation along goaf project of the 83lower07-2 working face in Jiangzhuang Coal Mine,theoretical analysis,dynamic numerical simulation technology,and on-site actual measurement are comprehensively adopted to study the width of coal pillars and roadway asymmetric support scheme of the 83lower07-2 transportation roadway.A secondary development program is compiled using Python language and embedded into ABAQUS to achieve the establishment and analysis of dynamic parametric models of different coal pillar sizes.Based on the theory of internal and external stress fields and effective support theory,the reasonable size of 4 m is finally determined through numerical analysis results.Combined with the numerical analysis results of the 4 m coal pillar and the peeping results of surrounding rock drilling,"asymmetric support"method for large cross-section roadway excavation along goaf is proposed:anchor rod support is adopted on the solid coal side,and"anchor rod+grouting anchor cable"support is adopted on the coal pillar side.Through on-site monitoring,the convergence deformation of the roadway cross section achieves long-term stability,which can provide reference for similar engineerings.关键词
