摘要

Abstract

Objective To establish an LC-MS/MS method for the detection of 11 drugs illegally added in typical aph-rodisiac traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Sample was pretreated by optimized Sin-QuEChERS filtrating clean-up technology,following determined by LC-MS/MS and quantified by standard curve method.Results The linear relationships of the 11 target substances were good in the range of 2~100 ng·mL-1,and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.998.The limits of detection and quantitation were in the range of 0.2~2.5 μg·kg-1 and 0.5~10 μg·kg-1,respectively.Re-coveries ranged from 66.3%to 98.4%,while the RSD ranged from 0.6%to 4.2%,and the matrix effect evaluation values ranged from 0.72 to 0.97.Conclusion The method was simple to operate and has accurate results.It can effectively purify the interferences of the medicinal material matrix,and has good precision and accuracy.It is suitable for the confirmation and quantitative analysis of 11 drugs illegally added in aphrodisiac traditional Chinese medicine.
