摘要
Abstract
In this paper,different types of transdermal drug delivery systems at the present stage are reviewed,their pre-scribing process characteristics,mechanism of action,and research and development status are described and summarized.The marketing situation of transdermal patch in China,the United States,Europe and Japan is reviewed,typical products of microneedle TDDs and iontophors TDDs are listed,and other new penetration promoting technologies are introduced.The de-velopment prospect and challenges of TDDs are discussed.关键词
