竹菊百合复合物保护小鼠急性肺损伤的作用及网络药理学分析
Protective effect of Zhujubaihe compound on acute lung injury in mice and its network pharmacological analysis

Abstract
Objective Zhujubaihe compound is mainly composed of bulb of greenish lily,common lophatherum,gros-venor momordica fruit and fruit of seabuckthorn.The lung protective effect and potential mechanism of Zhujubaihe compound on acute lung injury(ALI)induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS)in mice was investigated.Methods Sixty SPF-grade male C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into a control group,a model group,a dexamethasone group,and a Zhujubaihe com-pound low,medium,and high dose group(117.1,234.3 and 468.5 mg·d-1,every 20 g).The ALI model was induced in C57BL/6 mice through administration of LPS(5 mg·kg-1)following 15 days of oral administration of the respective drugs in the drug intervention groups.After 48 h,the degree of lung edema and inflammatory cell infiltration,inflammatory factors and lung histopathological changes in lung tissues and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)were analyzed in mice.Potential mechanisms were explored and validated by network pharmacology and molecular docking methods.Results Compared with the model group,the high-dose group of Zhujubaihe compound significantly decreased the wet-dry weight ratio of the lungs(P<0.001).In bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)and lung tissue,MCP-1,TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-1β content were signif-icantly decreased(P<0.05).And significantly decreased the infiltration of inflammatory cells in the lung tissues(P<0.001),as well as significantly alleviated the inflammatory lesions of the lung tissues and reduced the level of pulmonary edema.Af-ter network pharmacology and molecular docking analysis,the active ingredients of Zhujubaihe compound have good binding stability with the four core targets of ESR1,AKT1,PTGS2 and JUN.Conclusion Zhujubaihe compound shows promise in alleviating ALI by regulating the expression of inflammatory factors and potentially modulating signaling pathways associated with ESR1,AKT1,PTGS2 and JUN.关键词
