Research progress on the historical evolution and pharmacological effects of Schisandra chinensis processing history
摘要
Abstract
Schisandra chinensis is the dried fruit of Schisandra chinensis,a plant in the Magnoliaceae family.It has the effects of astringency,astringency,nourishing qi and fluids,and tonifying the kidneys and heart.Since ancient times,it has been processed in various ways,including vinegar,alcohol,honey,stir frying,roasting,baking,steaming,soaking,etc.Modern research has shown that Schisandra chinensis has certain effects on the central nervous system,cardiovascular system,blood sugar,inflammation,liver,asthma,tumors,aging,pain,etc,and the composition and pharmacological effects of processed Schisandra chinensis will change.This article summarized the processing history and pharmacological effects of Schisandra chinensis through a large number of literature,providing a more comprehensive reference for further research and rational application of Schisandra chinensis.关键词
