鞘脂代谢相关酶在肝脏疾病中的研究进展
Research progress on sphingolipid metabolism enzymes in liver diseases
摘要
Abstract
Sphingolipids are essential for maintaining the integrity of cell membranes and functioning as bioactive lipid signaling molecules,and their various metabolites actively sustain hepatic physiological homeostasis.However,under pathological conditions,the homeostasis of sphingolipid metabolites and regulatory enzymes is disrupted,leading to dysregulation that modulates the occurrence and progression of liver diseases through multiple mechanisms.Extensive studies have shown that targeting ceramide,a central sphingolipid metabolite,and its synthetic metabolic enzymes is one of the effective strategies for treating both acute and chronic liver diseases.This review summarized the roles of several sphingolipid metabolic enzymes in liver diseases and provided an overview of the progress in related targeted therapies,aiming to offer new insights and references for elucidating the pathogenesis of liver diseases and developing clinical therapeutic approaches.关键词
